Many people don't realize that meditation is actually a good way to remove bad Karma! And get some good, obviously. It is an amazing spiritual practice that you can do virtually anywhere where you can sit down (preferably in a quiet place).

Meditation clears your thoughts
Thinking bad thoughts is bad karma, so when you avoid thinking bad thoughts and have good ones instead, you are creating a lot of good Karma for yourself.
Meditation can be done for 5-30 minutes a day without interrupting your schedule, and it's fun and relaxing to do. It has been a key practice and integral part of Buddhism for many, many years. Try it out!
