Thinking bad thoughts is bad Karma so when you avoid thinking bad thoughts and have good ones instead, you are creating a lot of good Karma for yourself.
Meditation can be done for 5-30 minutes a day without interrupting your schedule, and it's fun and relaxing to do, try it out!
